Great fix for handles that no longer work. Design is brilliant and it works great.
It's pricey when adding on the freight but it should fix the problem many years down the road.

Just installed it this morning. Easy to follow instructions and functions much better than the original actuator arm. I hope the cable lasts longer than some of the other posts I read indicated.

This was presented as the solution to the original 503 flush lever mechanism failure after about 15 years of service. I installed this replacement flush lever solution, and have purchased two more, but just for the cable, as the first one installed April 2019, only lasted 1 year, then broke. Can the wire rope cable be beefed up, so it won't break? Build them to last, like you build the rest of components in your Sloan Flush Mate toilet flush mechanisms. Received to accompany my replacement 503 tank kit. Easy to install works much better than prior linkage system. Great step by step instructions. 5 minutes to install. Arrived quickly.

Easy to install. Better flush mechanism than what was on my original model. Just installed it, so not sure on longevity. But the parts and concept seem like they will last.

Customer service was great. I did install the new flush system myself but had to get help with the last step, could not get the cable hooked to the handle. My son got it done but it was not easy. Other than that I am very happy with how it is working.

It was fairly easy to fix. I couldn't loosen one of the screws but were able to get around that problem then finished fixing it.
