I installed the Flushmate 504 recently into my Kohler toilet. It was easy to install, however, I would recommend getting the tool set that is offered for an extra $10. It made taking off the two bolts under the tank much easier than using an adjustable wrench. i still haven't figured out what the other large wrench thing is for. My previous Flushmate lasted 10 1/2 years, which was six months beyond the warranty period. Oh well. Hopefully, this one will last long enough that I can sell this house and make it someone else's problem

Support call taker very helpful as was sales person. Replacement arrived in a few days and only took about an hour to replace, just as the instruction said. Very easy install. Some of the best and most detailed instructions I've seen.
