The Flushmate IV 504 Series M-101526-F42 Replacement System is designed to replace existing Flushmate M-101526-F4 1.0 GPF 504 Series for the Sloan, Kohler K4484, Mansfield 153, St.Thomas / Vitromex, Peerless 1, VitrA 5066 and Western T4ULF-PF-1 pressure assist toilets. The Flushmate IV M-101526-F42 1.0 GPF Replacement System, is designed to replace the Flushmate M-101526-F4 1.0 gpf 504 Series models for two piece toilet fixtures. The Flushmate IV M-101526-F42 includes the Flushmate M-101526-F4 complete system with locknuts and gasket to install in your toilet tank. The Flushmate IV M-101526-F42 1.0 gpf replacement system is designed to only work with existing pressure assist toilets that were originally equiped with the M-101526-F4. Toilet Types
Two Piece ToiletA two piece toilet is made of two separate pieces of vitreous china, a holding tank and a bowl. The holding tank is mounted on the bowl by the installer using washers, nuts and bolts. Two piece toilets are often called "close-coupled" in reference to this mounting system and are the most common toilets on the market. My original unit was about twenty years old and the cartridge was leaking so I opted to remove and replace the unit. Great website, easy checkout, the unit arrived in two days. The packaging was awesome, no worries about any shipping damage because of the rigid box. Unit installed easily and needed no adjustment.. I am ready for twenty more years of powerful flushes with this new unit.

I have been using these for years and they work great. I use them in the office and it really helps to reduce our water bill since the employees only have to flush once with the pressure this creates.

I needed to replace the Flushmate and ordered the replacement unit. The plumber wanted $400 to install it so thought I would try to do it myself. It was my first time changing anything in a toilet and it was far easier than I thought. I brought the tool kit (ST300500) which had all the toolds to install the system. $13 for the tools and an hour to install compared to $400 by a plumber. No question I made the right choice! It was easy.
