A. Flushmate pressure-assist systems are manufactured in the USA. the FLUSHMATE factory located at: 30075 Research Dr. New Hudson, MI 48165.
A. Flushmate pressure-assist systems cannot be retrofitted into existing toilets. The units operate in conjunction with specially designed toilet bowls, and will not function if installed in a gravity-type bowl. FLUSHMATE Pressure-Assist technology cannot be retrofitted into a standard, gravity-fed toilet.
A. Each FLUSHMATE pressure-assist system has is labeled with the model number, serial number, and series of that particular unit. You may need to compare your Flushmate to the pictures on our Web site, and find one that looks like your system.

We carry the full line of Flushmate replacement parts, complete FLUSHMATE systems, Intelli-Flush hands-free sensor actuators, and change-out kits to replace other pressure-assist systems such as the Eco-Flush and PF/2 Energizer along with other products focused on water conservation and environmental preservation.
A. Since all orders ship from the FLUSHMATE factory, every part is always in stock and available for shipping.

Consumer Services representatives will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have but cannot accept billing information or orders. All orders must be placed on-line through www.eFlushmate.com.
A. In most cases, all orders placed before 2:00 ET will ship the same day. We ship standard ground which usually takes 1-5 days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

A. Purchases made on-line through eFlushmate with a valid Return Authorization Number (RGA#) may be returned within 10 days of the original order date for a full refund minus shipping charges. To receive credit, you must request an RGA # prior to returning any item. Items must be returned to Flushmate unopened or in original condition suitable for resale, with a copy of the packing slip enclosed and with the valid RGA# written on the box.
