I had a very positive experience with the company and product. I called because I was not sure the kit to replace my old system had everything I would need. A helpful engineer told me it did and transferred me to sales where I placed my order. The unit arrived two days later and was easy to install. This is a much better system that what we had previously and it is well engineered.

Always change the tank bolts since the old ones may get stripped or snap when removing. New bolts guarentee no leaks with new rubber washers!

Instructions were very clear to understand the step by step installation process. Did not order the special wrench, big mistake fortunately I have a Lowes close by and had to purchase an adjustable wrench for the 3" nut. Great product and quick delivery.
