After a few discussions with very helpful and pleasant Flushmate staff, we narrowed down the solution. This replacement tank was ordered for our 25yr old wall-mounted toilet. The swap out was relatively easy although I did have to take the ceramic tank off. It took about an hour. Night and day difference in performance and flush power. Will be ordering 2 more soon! One minor bit of feedback is ideally the replacement unit comes with two screw / gaskets sets used for mounting the ceramic tank to the bowl. Considering that I already had to take the tank off to replace the flush valve...I should likely have replaced those screw / gaskets at the same time...even though not technically part of the flush valve system.

Have opened the box to look at the Flushmate. Got tools out but threw my back out looking the the problem. Will have to wait for my 83 old body to rest up for another try..
