Having the tool kit made the installation easier. I do recommend purchasing it. The only problem I had had nothing to do with the product. I wish I got notification that the product was shipped. After a couple of days I had to call eflushmate to find out the status of the shipping. That is why there are only 4 stars instead of 5, because of the lack of notification. After speaking with the customer rep, they sent me the tracking number.

The product came quickly, which was great. However, it arrived with the air intake valve broken. I didn't have time to mess with a return, so I took the air return from the old tank and installed it on the new tank. It wasn't very easy, because the hose is installed very well with special clips. The install of the unit was easy, and the kit came with everything needed. I was having some issues with the unit not flushing on the first flush, and sometimes took up to three times to properly flush. I ordered some duckbill air intake replacements, and that seemed to do the trick.

Perfect fit. Small leak around the threads on center cilinder. Hoping it'll stop on its own but may have to try to tighten it.

This replaced an older 503 that had sprung a pinhole leak in the pressure vessel. It works as expected, but I can only give it four stars because it came with zero instructions or paperwork. I was having a hard time getting the new tank to fit right and it turns out there should have also been a supplemental piece of paper in there telling me that it's a known problem and how to fix it.
