The system works perfect. The instructions makes installation very quickly to install. I had a small issue with the clearance between the tank and the handle mechanism where the cable attached .I loosen the tank and twisted it enough to give proper clearance and I am very happy with the handle. Smooth operation and my family and 5 year granddaughter says it is so much easier to push down the handle.. Looks great too.. Parts fit perfectly..Loved the rubber bushing.

My original cartridge was worn out and broke on 08/31 as a result of normal wear and tear. However, due to power outages and businesses unable to open as a result of Hurricane Ida, I was not able to purchase the required parts from a local business. I ordered a cartridge with wrench and handle replacement on 09/04 when mail delivery was available at a family member's residence 30 miles away. I also paid nearly the same price for 2nd day air which was understandable. Regardless of paying the extra money for expedited shipping, my order took 3 days to ship, 4 days to arrive, and NO correspondence was ever acknowledged...except the email asking for this review.

Cable with the clips is way better than the old bullet end. The old styles kept popping out from the bases.
