Toilet Types
Two Piece ToiletA two piece toilet is made of two separate pieces of vitreous china, a holding tank and a bowl. The holding tank is mounted on the bowl by the installer using washers, nuts and bolts. This replaced an older 503 that had sprung a pinhole leak in the pressure vessel. It works as expected, but I can only give it four stars because it came with zero instructions or paperwork. I was having a hard time getting the new tank to fit right and it turns out there should have also been a supplemental piece of paper in there telling me that it's a known problem and how to fix it.

It would have been good to have shipping/tracking info (I don't have an account, so my order still shows as "pending"). Other than this, the whole experience was super-positive: best price on the replacement unit, prompt shipping, very clear instructions and the Flushmate working flawlessly from he get-go.
