A. Flushmate pressure-assist systems are manufactured in the USA at the FLUSHMATE factory located in New Hudson, Michigan.

Q. Which Sloan FLUSHMATE system should I buy to install in my existing toilet?

A. Flushmate pressure-assist systems cannot be retrofitted into existing toilets. The units operate in conjunction with specially designed toilet bowls, and will not function if installed in a gravity-type bowl. FLUSHMATE Pressure-Assist technology cannot be retrofitted into a standard, gravity-fed toilet.

Q. How do I know what series Flushmate System I have?

A. Each FLUSHMATE pressure-assist system has is labeled with the model number, serial number, and series of that particular unit. You may need to compare your Flushmate to the pictures on our Web site, and find one that looks like your system.

A. Since all orders ship from the FLUSHMATE factory, every part is always in stock and available for shipping.

Q. What if I can't find the parts I need?

A. If you can't find what you need browsing our parts store, using the search feature, or reviewing the Product List you can contact FLUSHMATE Consumer Services at 800-533-3460 during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM ET) or by emailing info@flushmate.com. Consumer Services representatives will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have but cannot accept billing information or orders. Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?

A. In-stock merchandise shipped using our Standard Delivery option typically ships within 1-3 business days from the day you place your order. Toilets typically ships within 3-5 business days from the day you place your order. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods. In most cases, your order is finalized immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. We ship orders using standard ground services which usually takes 1-5 days to arrive. Q. What is your return policy?

A. Purchases made on-line through eFlushmate with a valid Return Authorization Number (RGA#) may be returned within 10 days of the original order date for a full refund minus shipping charges. To receive credit, you must request an RGA # prior to returning any item. Items must be returned to Flushmate unopened or in original condition suitable for resale, with a copy of the packing slip enclosed and with the valid RGA# written on the box.
